RESALE INFORMATION


To protect all buyers and future owners, our community requires the following forms to be completed by an association representative and presented to the buyer prior to closing: 

  • Covenants and Conditions Inspection Report

  • Current HOA account ledger for property 

  • HOA Rules and Regulations

  • Design Review Board Application 

  • Collection Policy

  • Buyer Acknowledgement

We supply the above documents in a Resale Package, which costs $110 and includes all processing and transfer fees. Resale Packages are typically ordered by the Title Agency handling the closing and the cost for which is paid directly by that agency upon closing. All resale package checks need to be made payable to CAPITAL ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT PARTNERS. We request a minimum of seven days’ notice to complete the forms and on-site inspections.
